Cooked, not extruded
Kibble is cooked at high heat and pressure to form its shape and survive a year on a shelf — which strips out some natural nutrition, hence the added synthetic vitamin mix on the label. We cook once, at low temperature, then freeze straight away.

Brunswick Fur Food has been nothing but amazing for our fur baby. Alfie has had an uber sensitive gut since we got him at 8 weeks and runny poos were all we knew. We've moved to BFF about a year ago, and its been the one food that has never upset Alfie's tummy even during the transition phase. He loves and does well with all flavours and we could not be happier! Alfie is alot more settled as a whole due to a happier gut, his coat is shiny and energy levels are well sustained throughout the day. A massive thank you to BFF team, we don't know what we would do without you guys.
If you’re looking for an excellent alternative to canned food for your fur baby then these guys are 100% it. I’ve got a really fussy little guy and I’ve done everything from make my own food for him,gourmet cans,raw food diets,dry/wet food mix and I’ve looked at other companies that promise healthy human grade food but Brunswick Fur Food win, hands down. Not only does it look appetising but he genuinely loves it. I’ve also noticed a change in his well being and that’s just a huge bonus as he’s 9 years old. Cost wise it’s turned out to cost the same as I was spending on canned stuff for him so I can afford it without an issue. My experience with them has been awesome, we love them!

No. Every meal is gently cooked to make it safe and highly digestible, without the handling risks of raw feeding.
What changes will I notice when my dog starts eating fresh food?
Most dogs show a difference within a few weeks — more excitement at mealtimes, steadier energy, smaller and less smelly stools, and better coat condition.
Is Brunswick Fur Food nutritionally complete?
Yes. Every recipe is formulated to WSAVA guidelines using real meat and vegetables, with no artificial fillers.
How does delivery work?
Meals are gently cooked, immediately frozen and delivered frozen across Melbourne and most of Victoria. Choose fortnightly or monthly delivery.
Is this good for dogs with sensitive tummies?

How much does fresh dog food cost?
From $75/fortnight for a 225g/day portion up to $240/fortnight for 900g/day. Try the 7-pack trial first at 10% off.
How much should I feed my dog?
Roughly 75g/day for a 2–5kg dog, 225g/day for a 10kg dog, and 500–650g/day for a 25kg dog — confirmed exactly when you build your plan.
Is fresh dog food more expensive than kibble?
Gram for gram, yes. But not boutique-priced — BFF runs $19–24/kg against $25–30/kg for most Melbourne fresh food competitors.
Do you deliver outside Melbourne?
