How can I transition my dog to Brunswick Fur Food?

Transitioning often depends on what you have been feeding your dog. If your pup has been eating gently cooked meals, then the transition will be quick. In other cases we recommend a gentle transition, that is why we recommend starting with a trial pack to get your pup used to the new food.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription anytime?

You are in total control when you place a dog food subscription order with us, you can pause, skip or cancel anytime. We are a local Melbourne based business, we understand you, and we are quite flexible. We go to great lengths to make this work for you, we have diverted orders mid route, we have cancelled delivery on the day of delivery, we have delivered to a customer’s mum, a customer’s neighbour etc.

What’s your return or refund policy?

If we dont deliver we dont charge - we refund if the food doesn't work for your dog, a healthy dog happy dog is our only priority and that’s our fresh dog food delivery promise to you.

How long does delivery take once I place an order?

We deliver most of our dog food subscription orders on a Sunday - if you can place your order by Wednesday we will make sure you receive it that week. In recent times we have started working with a food delivery partner for ad-hoc requests and for orders outside of Melbourne metro, so there is a lot of flexibility in delivery coordination at the moment.

All our meals have been formulated by a certified canine nutritionist, we exceed all AAFCO and FEDIAF guidelines for all life stages.

Do you offer raw or cooked options?

All our premium dog food meals are currently gently cooked. We will consider a raw range further at some point next year, so watch this space…
